OUR POLICY
DEPOSIT
Upon booking, each plan will require you to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your session date and time. The deposit will be applied to your package price. If the client fails to make the required deposit, the session will not be secured. Please contact us if you wish to discuss this further.
CANCELLATIONS
We typically require you to cancel your booking within 24 - 48 hours before your shoot. Please ensure to give us a call or send a text to make the cancellation ahead of time. In the event the photographer/the client cancels the session due to medical or inclement weather conditions, the deposit will be applied to your next session that is agreed upon by all parties.
TRAVEL RATES
We are more than happy to book shoots at your location. Please note, there will be a $0.50 per a KM charge which will be an additional charge to your initial package price. Any travels over 70 KM away from our office will be $0.65 per a KM. Also, if you want to book my services outside of Ontario, please contact me directly with your inquires. The customer must cover all flight, transportation, and facility costs.
PAYMENT PLANS
Our company understands the everyday struggles of living in Canada. We decided to offer our clients a payment plan that can help them afford professional images. PLEASE REQUEST THE PAYMENT PLAN ON YOUR INITIAL BOOKING INQUIRY.
RULES
Please do not touch the photography equipments unless you are told to do so. Also, we asked that you always respect the photographer and any staff working on your shoot. We always look forward to maintaining a healthy working environment and good relationships with everyone.
